Virtual Workshop Event - Careers in the time of COVID

Workshop on Thursday, October 15th at 6pm - this will be a skills-building opportunity for smaller-group discussions with industry professionals.

This workshop is tailored to current students, recent grads, and early career professionals to share and learn from a variety of experiences during this (very strange) time of COVID. Workshop facilitators will breakout with small groups of attendees with similar backgrounds or goals to create space for connection and discussion. The workshop will focus on tips to market yourself effectively in a virtual job market, and reiterate basic yet effective skills to help your resume stand out from the rest. We will also discuss opportunities for students to pursue now to support future career pursuits, whether that means next week, next month, or a year from now.

We ask all attendees to complete the survey with their RSVP to let us know what their major/industry/interests are, so we can effectively plan the breakout groups for maximum benefit. Each breakout group will be facilitated by a leader with specific experiences and perspectives that will benefit and/or encourage attendees.

We look forward to seeing you (virtually)!
